Bali Weddingku | Bali Wedding Destinations is event planners which is really flexible for making any arrangements. For more specific information regarding our company’s term and condition as follow:
Confirm booking
Booking will confirm by once the client agree with the wedding quotation with cost estimation and signing the quotation as well return it by facsimile or email. Or for urgent matter it confirm by phone.
Booking will process after the clients settle the 50% deposit and fill in the wedding form and send it back to Bali Weddingku | Bali Wedding Destinations.
Be aware that all clients of Bali Weddingku | Bali Wedding Destinations will be asked to sign the agreement form and credit card authorization form which will allow Bali Weddingku | Wedding Destinations to charge the card for damage and any additional charges that the clients incur whilst at the villa/hotels or in other case, Bali Weddingku | Bali Wedding Destinations Destinations require security deposit from USD 500- USD 1.000 (refundable).
At the end of the party/event, Bali Weddingku | Bali Wedding Destinations will ask you to sign the Guest comment form as authorization for Bali Weddingku | Bali Wedding Destinations to put client’s picture for promotion in the future.
Payments
All rates are quote in USD (except the special arrangement) inclusive of tax and subject to change without prior notice. Rates is not valid before signing the contract. For last minute booking (within 1 week or less prior to arrival) full payment upon arrival or meeting service in a form cash.
As confirmation, a deposit of 50% from the total amount must be submitted to official company of Bali Weddingku | Bali Wedding Destinations – Pristine Property Services Bank Account or by Credit Card (VISA or Master Card with 3,5% bank fee and 1,5% administration fee) latest by Seven (7) working days/ one week after the relevant invoice and payment instructions have been given to the wedding client. If a deposit is not received within this time, the booking will be automatically canceled.
Balance payment required to hold client’s arrangements on definite basis. This balance payment is due on the date certifies on the invoice and to be transfer to Bank Account certifies on the invoice.
Balance payment for wedding arrangement is required 30-14 days prior to arrival (45 days for Christmas/ New Year bookings) or immediately if booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival (or 45 days in the case of Christmas/ New Years bookings).
Balance payment for villa arrangement is required 50 days prior to arrival (60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) or immediately if booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival (or 45 days in the case of Christmas/New Years bookings).
In the case of bookings made 30 days prior to arrival, full payment is required within seven (14) working days, or on meeting service, if less than two (2) working days, whichever comes first.
Extra fee at USD 50.00 for wedding or event fall on Saturday, Sunday and public holiday (based on Indonesian calendar). Coordination fee will apply for wedding at villa/hotel which will need more attention and assistances from the Bali Wedingku | Bali Wedding Destinations especially after the wedding ceremony. Amount of Coordination fee is depend on the size and difficulties of wedding arrangement. Range rate from USD 400- USD 2.000
Cancellation
Notice of cancellation must be received by Bali Weddingku | Bali Wedding Destinations by Email or facsimile. No cancellations accept after signing the contract. Deposit of basic wedding package, coordination fee and villa/ hotel arrangement is non refundable.
No payment will refund for any arrangement which is already sign and certify on the contract except for special case, deposits of other arrangement (optional services) will be refunded in full less USD 300.00, if the reservation is cancelled 45 days or more prior to arrival.
After the booking has been confirmed and signed, administration fee USD 50.00 will apply for every date changing
In the event of cancellation submitted within:
- Less than 30 days of the event, a cancellation fee at the amount of 50% of the total quoted price shall be applied;
- Less than 21 days of the event, a cancellation fee at the amount of 70% of the total quoted price shall be applied
- Less than 14 days of the event, no refundable.
